The EZ Lynk AutoAgent is a versatile OBD device that enables users to monitor engine performance, read and clear diagnostic trouble codes (DTC), and both read and program vehicle settings.

Simply plug the AutoAgent into the OBD port of your vehicle, and all interactions will take place via the smartphone app (compatible with iOS 8+ and Android 5+). If you've purchased one of the support packages with your AutoAgent, you’ll need to download the app and create an account. Note that this account will be tied to the device, so if you're setting it up for a customer, make sure to create the account with their email or have them set up the account and send you the email and password.

Once you've created the account, you’ll need to link your device to both your account and your vehicle. Depending on your support package, you'll either gain access to the tune repository for 4 weeks with the Limited Support Pack, or you will have unlimited access with the Full Support Pack.

Instructions

2) Open the app and sign up for an account.

3) Turn the key to the ON/RUN position (between ACC and START).

4) Insert the AutoAgent into the vehicle’s OBD port. A blue and green light should appear on the device.

5) Connect your phone to the AutoAgent by selecting the EZ Lynk_### network from your phone’s WiFi options.

6) Launch the app. If the connection is successful, you should see your vehicle’s gauges appear within the app.

7) Link the AutoAgent to your vehicle. If you don’t have cellular data, connect to a Wi-Fi network and reopen the app. A notification will prompt you to auto-link the device. If the app requests a technician’s email instead, please contact us via this Contact Us page.

8) To load your tune, tap the Menu button > Vehicle > ECU Profiles. Find the tune you wish to install and press the download button. Once the download is complete, the button will change to "Install." Click it, then select "Proceed."

9) Follow the on-screen steps to complete the tuning process.

*If you don't have cellular data, you’ll need to disconnect from the AutoAgent to access the tunes. Select the tune you want, download it, then reconnect to the EZ Lynk Wi-Fi to install and flash your vehicle.
