Non-Returnable Items:
Please be aware that all custom tuning (both devices and software), exhaust systems, race pipes, and EGR kits are final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on these products. Make sure to double-check your order before completing your purchase to ensure you’re selecting the correct parts for your vehicle.

Return Eligibility:
Returns will only be considered if the product is found to have a manufacturing defect. Returns for incorrect orders, change of mind, or any other reasons will not be accepted.

Return Procedure:
If you suspect a product is defective, please contact us via phone or email at info@dieseledge.com with evidence of the issue. Once verified, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be processed or accepted without a valid RMA number.
