We are excited to introduce Black Bandit's Iron Loader delete-tuner, specifically designed for the 2014-2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ecodiesel. With this solution, there’s no need to remove and mail your PCM.
When purchasing this product, you will receive an Iron Loader unit that interfaces seamlessly with your Jeep Grand Cherokee Ecodiesel. You will download your vehicle’s stock PCM data and send it to us. Within three business days of receiving your factory tune file, we will provide the modified tune files.
Available Tune Options
- Economy: Removes all stock emissions components, maintaining stock power levels.
- StockPlus: Retains all stock emissions components. The engine is recalibrated to approximately +35 horsepower, offering increased reliability and fuel economy improvements of 5-10%, depending on driving habits.
- EcoPower: Removes stock emissions components, providing a +35hp boost with a focus on fuel efficiency while maintaining stock reliability.
- Race: Removes stock emissions components, delivering +50hp with a focus on racing performance, while keeping key safety limitations intact for reliability.
- Max: Removes stock emissions components, offering a +75hp boost for maximum power on a stock engine and turbo system.
- Custom: A fully tailored engine calibration for specific needs, typically used with aftermarket turbo setups or engine modifications. This process involves collaboration to ensure a custom fit.

*We cannot apply a new tune over an existing tune. If your PCM was previously tuned, it must be reverted to stock before a new tune can be applied.*
Before applying the modified tune to your ECM, ensure there are no active maintenance or engine lights on your dash. If DEF/DPF countdown issues existed prior to tuning, those must be cleared first, as they will not be reset by the tune due to being transmitted by the SCR module. Be sure to clear all codes before tuning, as they cannot be cleared afterward.
